Dr. Anne Perschel, business psychologist, advises and coaches senior managers and executives how to increase their effectiveness as leaders and successfully achieve business goals.  She specializes in culture change and is a respected expert in the field of women’s leadership.   In 2007 Anne was recognized for research on how women are changing the leadership culture by Count Me in for Women’s Economic Independence.  She is featured in speaking and educational engagements in organizations across the country.  In addition to her extensive experience as a master executive coach and organization change consultant, Anne collaborates with senior management to achieve competitive advantage through programs designed to ensure the promotion, success and retention of high potential women.

Anne has a master’s degree in organization development and a doctorate in psychology.  She is president of Germane Consulting – an organization and leadership development consulting company and she is a board member of the New England Society of Applied Psychology.  She has worked as a senior manager of organization and leadership development at Intel and the former Digital Equipment Corporation.
